Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATIONS –

  • Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contact us immediately via email. No charge applies if your order has not been dispatched/ordered (in the case of special order) yet.
  • However, if your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to cancel your order, please refer to our Return procedures in this case.
  • For Special orders, if we have already placed the special order for your, then administration fees applied – it is 20% of your special order value.

RETURNS –

  • All our items are fully tested prior to dispatch. If you received any items that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for replacement or refund approval. In any case, you are personally responsible for the return postage cost.

REFUND -

  • All items must be received by us before issuing refund. No refund will be issue without receiving return items or without proof of postage.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase within 7 days of obtaining our return approval. Unapproved return will be sent back to you at your own cost without refund. Please contact us before sending the return item - it might be just something very simple to fix at your end, e.g. setting.
  • Unfortunately, we CANNOT refund original shipping charges unless an error occur on our part in shipping your order or we agree to do so in advance.

DELIVERY –

  • In stock orders will be sent within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment.
  • Special order will be sent within 5-14 business days depending on the progress of our suppliers. Any abnormal order will be informed.
  • If you have questions regarding the ordering process, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

  • All personal information collected from this website is mainly for the purpose of processing your orders. Remote Control Warehouse may also use this information to market our products and services, if you do not wish us to do so, please contact us.
  • Remote Control Warehouse will not sell, exchange or trade our customer’s personal information.
  • Remote Control Warehouse will not disclose our customer’s personal information to unauthorized third parties unless required by law.
  • You may be contacted by email by a third party company regarding particular product or a service that you had received from us.
