Special Order Enquiry

Enquiries are welcome for special orders. Procedures as below:

  • Fill in the Special Order Enquiry form (fields with “*” required). - If you are not sure about the model # of the Remote Control, please let us know in the “Commons” section.
  • We will contact you within the next 2 business day after receiving your information to advise order’s availability.
  • If your order is available, we will list your order in the “Special Order” section and email you the item #.  
  • It is your responsibility to check and pay for the list within 2 business days after receiving our email. Unpaid lists will be cancelled on the 3rd business day.
  • We will place your order with our suppliers after receiving your payment and then send you the item as soon as we receive it.
  • If an incorrect order is placed due to your mistake, 20% of the total order value will be applied for order cancelation or return. However, if it is due to our incorrect advice/order based on your correct information, NO charge applied.
